摘要
发展与培养大学生的思维能力,理应成为大学教育的重要目标。我们认为,开设专门的思维训练课程或活动对于大学生思维发展与能力培养是必要和有效的,而且大学生的思维训练还应体现在教学的全过程中。就如何培养大学生的思维能力,本文提出以下观点:(1)了解自己的思维是思维训练的基础;(2)从方法入手,进行思维训练,体验认知监控,能有效地促进大学生的思维发展;(3)教学计划的实施是实现思维训练的主渠道,建议在实施过程中提倡:加强师生的思维交流;教师的“启发式”与学生的“参与式”结合;教师的“因材施教”与学生的“因人择学”结合。
The development of thinking ability of university students needs to be an important objective of higher education. We believe that it is both necessary and effective to establish specialized thinking courses and activities on, meantime, to permeate reasoning training throughout the teaching and learning process. This paper advocates the following three points on the training of thinking. (1) The basis is to understanding the nature of thinking; (2)The focus is on the method of thinking, that is, the experience cognitive monitoring and controlling is an effective means to promote intelligence development; (3) The main form of practice is the implementation of teaching and learning plans, whose principles including; strengthen the teacher-student communication at the cognitive level; integrating ' inspiration-mode' teaching with 'participation-mode' of learning; integrating 'aptitude-based' teaching with 'expertise-based' learning.
