摘要
目的 观察鼻内镜下多功能吸引器管电烧切除鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的可行性。方法 局部或全身麻醉,鼻内镜下利用自行研制的多功能吸引管电烧切除鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤13例。结果 出血最少者不足50ml,最多者约200ml,平均出血量约120ml。全部病例均无严重的眶内及颅内并发症发生。术后随访6个月-3年,仅1例半年内复发,病灶较局限,同法再次手术切除,未再复发。结论 鼻内镜结合多功能吸引管电烧切除鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤,是治疗病变范围相对局限病例的理想方法。
Obiective To investigate the applicability of endoscopic surgery, which combining electrocautery via a suction pipe with multiple usages to the inverting papilloma in nose and sinuses. Methods Sixteen cases with papilloma in nose and or sinuses were included in this paper and treated by the this operation. The endoscopic surgery was carried out under general or local anesthesia,combining a procedure of electrocautery via a suction pipe with multiple usages designed by ourselves. Results The volume of bleeding during the operation was less than 50 mlamong the cases with the least bleeding and was about 200 ml among the cases with the most abundant bleeding,with an averaged volume about 120 ml. There were no severe intra-orbital and intra-cranial complications happened. During the following up period lasted for 6 months to 3 years, only one patient was found reoccurred with a localized focus, being removed again with thisprocedure and without further reoccurring. Conclusion This combing endoscopic surgery with electrocautery via a suction pipe with multiple usages is an ideal operation for the surgical treatment of inverting papilloma in nose and sinuses with a relatively localized focus.
