3-甲基吡啶与4-甲基吡啶的分离

摘要 采用相平衡釜测定了醇类、酚类和有机羧酸类萃取剂对 3 甲基吡啶和 4 甲基吡啶相对挥发度的影响 ,探讨了以对甲基苯磺酸为萃取剂 ,萃取精馏分离 3 甲基吡啶和 4 甲基吡啶的可能性 ,研究了萃取剂用量和 3 甲基吡啶浓度对相对挥发度的影响 ,可以使相对挥发度从 1 0 2提高到 1 5以上 ,并且相对挥发度受 3 The effect of different extractants such as alcohols, phenol and carboxylic acids on the relative volatility( α AB ) of 3 picoline and 4 picoline was determined in a recircalating still. The possibility of 4 methylbenzenesulfonic acid ( p TSA) as a proper extractant was discussed in the extractive distillation of 3 picoline and 4 picoline. The extractant enhanced α AB from 1 02 to over 1 5. The effects of extractant amount the concentration of 3 picoline on α AB was also studied.
