摘要
本文研究了单向凝固Fe-C-Si共晶合金的凝固速度ν,对组织及纵向力学性能的影响,得出ν=2.0 μm/s时,抗拉强度和延伸率均出现峰值;考察了硅含量和基体组织对性能的影响,并分析了拉伸断口形貌。
In this paper it was investigated that the growth rate (v) affects the morphology of graphite flakes and the longitudinal mechanical properties of the unidirectionally solidified Fe-C-Si eutectic alloy. When v= 2,0 μm/s, the best mechanical properties are obtained. The test results also showed that the properties of this kind of material varied with the amount of element Si and the matrix structure. In addition, the fracture morpholgy of tensile samples was analysed.
