摘要
教师职业倦怠是教师个体耗尽其心智、生理、情绪资源的表现,对教育的危害极大。本文着眼于教师教育一体化 过程,视教师职业倦怠的防治为系统工程,从教育的内外部因素分析、探讨了解决教师职业倦怠的对策。
Teacher's professional weariness is embodied by the exhausting of emotion, physical and spirit, which has great harm to education. This essay considers this problem from the angel of a systemetical project, discusses the countermeasures from the inner and outer effects.
