摘要
本文论述了教育部新颁发的《普遍高等学校图书馆规程 (修订 )》的特征及其对高校图书馆现代化建设的指导意义 。
Based on a comparative study of the General Regulations for Academic Libraries Revision(GRALR)issued recently by the Ministry of Education and its old version, this article discusses the distinguishing features of the new regulations. It also points out the significance of the Regulations for the modernization of academic libraries.
