摘要
随着民办高等教育的发展,民办高校教师队伍的建设也得到了发展,已经初具规模。但民办学校教师队伍也存在队伍不稳定,结构不合理,管理制度不健全等问题。今后需政府、社会、学校、教师共同携手,促进民办高校教师队伍的进一步发展。
With the development of civilian-run higher education, the establishment of the teaching ranks of civilian-run colleges and universities develops and has reached certain large scales.However,there still exist such questions in it as:The ranks are not stable;the structure is not rational;the management system is not sound,etc.From now on it is necessary for the government,the society,schools and teachers to co-operate for promoting further development of the teaching ranks of civilian-run colleges and universities.
