摘要
教师是社会人,又是独特个体。教师的成长受许多外部因素的影响,也受教师发展内在因素的制约。影响教师成长的个人因素主要有教师对教与学的行为及教学情势的感知、理解、判断、决策以及问题解决等认知能力,在职业活动中通过自我体验、修炼和内化所形成的职业道德,教学生活中的各种人际交往活动,不断地学习、求知、探索、进取,追求教学卓越与完美的强烈而持久的职业发展动机以及时常对自己的知识、信念和行为进行分析、反思的自我评价的意识和能力等。
A teacher is a person of the society and is a unique individual. He is subject to influences from the exterior factors and his own psychological factors during the process of professional development. With respect to the latter, it includes the cognition, professional morality, contacts with others, needs and motives, self-evaluation and so on. Practice is the decisive factor to teachers' development.
