摘要
合成了15个新的3-(α-萘亚甲基)-6-烷基/芳基均三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑,经EA、JR、~1H NMR和MS确定其组成和结构,并对其代表物4b、4d、4f和4g的抗菌、除草、植物生长调节活性进行了初步观察。
Fifteen new compounds with the general formula:in which AR is CH3, C2H5, C3H,, C4H9, QH,.,, 4-XC5H4(X - H, F, Cl, Br, I, CH3, CH3O, NO2), 2-ClC6H4 3-ClC6H4 have been prepared through the cyclization of 3-( α-naphthylmethylene )-4-amino-5-mercapto-1 ,2, 4-triazoie(3 ) with aliphatic earboxyhc acids and aromatic carboxylic acids in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. The structures of the products were proved by 1H NMR, 1R, MS and elemental analysis, it was found that some of these compounds have herbicidai and fungical activities.
