摘要
结合经济发展过程中的某些事实分析了涌现和演化这两个在现代系统科学中占据重要地位的基本概念。指出涌现是"秩序的形成"过程,而演化则是"秩序的跃迁"过程。整个经济系统的演化过程是以一次又一次新结构的涌现作为自己的阶梯的,因此经济系统的演化明显的具有"断续平衡"和"路径依赖"的特征。结合经济系统中的某些现象探讨了作为复杂适应系统的经济系统的基本特征,进一步指出经济系统是一个具有分形特征的多层次的规则耦合关系网。最后给出了几个需要进一步探讨的问题。
Emergence and evolution are the two basic concepts that play important roles in the complexity science. They are analyzed in the first place, according to some facts which showed in the process of economic development. Emergence means the formation of equilibrium, and evolution means the transition of equilibrium. The emergences of new steady structures form the stages of the whole evolutionary process of economy, therefore,the evolution of economic systems has the characteristics called 'punctuated equilibrium'and 'path dependence'.Furthermore, it is pointed out that, as a special kind of complex adaptive systems, economic systems are of multi-hierarchical networks of rules that have the character of levels. At last, several problems for further study are proposed.
