细菌基因转录谱的DNA微点阵芯片分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于DNA微点阵芯片技术的细菌基因转录谱研究是基因功能分析的重要手段之一。本文阐述了细菌DNA芯片基因转录谱分析的基本问题 ,包括mRNA和双色荧光实验设计 ,详细介绍了目前细菌体内外DNA芯片基因转录谱的具体应用情况 。
