摘要
论述了在新课程标准下,如何针对每个学生不同特征进行教育,正确掌握培养学生的个性心理的基本方法和途径,使学生的个性得到充分发展。
During the formation of personality, education plays a leading role.As indicated in the new standard for physical education,physical educators will fail to educate students in accordance with their special characteristics without an adequate understanding of their distinctive qualities.Only having a good mastery of basic techniques for cultivating students' individual characteristics,as shown in successful experiences,can we help students in developing their personality soundly and achieve good results of physical education.
