摘要
邓小平民主法制思想根植于建设有中国特色社会主义的伟大实践 ,是发展了的马克思主义法学理论 ,是我们从事法学研究和法制建设的指导思想 ,也是指导我们建构中国特色马克思主义法学理论体系和学科体系的主要基础。邓小平民主法制思想的精髓包括概括五个方面 ,即 :法制战略论、民主法制关系论、法制立国论、依法治国论及法制建设论。
Deng Xiaoping’s thoughts on democracy and legal system roots in the practice of constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics, and develops Marxist legal theory. It provides guidance for legal research and legal system construction, and lays basic basis for building the system of legal theory and discipline with Chinese characteristics. Deng Xiaoping’s thoughts on democracy and legal system can be summarized as: the theory on the strategy of legal system, the theory on the relationship between democracy and legal system, the theory on rule by law, the theory on rule of law and theory on legal system construction.
