摘要
用X射线衍射的方法分析了聚丙烯流延薄膜受单向拉仲作用后形变的微观结构,得到了形变后微晶尺寸和点阵畸变的数值,找出了聚集态精细结构随形变而变化的微观规律。
The changes of microstructure of polypropylene film after uniaxial tensile deformation are studied by X-ray diffraction. The variation of microcrystal grain size and microstrain with the degree of tensile deformation is obtained.
