摘要
通过正交试验等方法研究了茶薪菇菌丝体多糖的提取方法 ,确定了热水浸提法、复合酶解法、微波辅助水浸提法等的最佳提取条件 ;并对四种提取方法进行了比较 ,结果表明 ,微波辅助法浸提效果最佳 ,提取液中粗多糖含量高达 2 3 36 %
The extraction methods of polysaccharide from Agrocybe chaxingu Huang mycelia were studied by orthogonal experiments.The optimal extracting conditionos for hot water extraction、enzymolysis、microwave-assised extraction methods were confirmed.Four extracting methods were compared.The results showed that the extraction effect of microwave-assised extraction method was best.The content of polysaccharede in extracted liquid was 23.36%.
