摘要
在使用高效、无污染、低作业成本的电动铲运机的地下矿山,电动铲运机活动范围受限,转场问题表现突出。传统的转场方法,沿线需敷设电缆,过程复杂;而采用专用发电机组,投资大,成本高。TORO007本身作为一种高性能、高度机动的柴油铲运机,它同时又可用作电动铲运机的牵引车,使电铲转场变得十分容易。本文介绍了TORO007的主要设计思路以及作为牵引车需要解决的技术问题。同时展望了包括TORO007在内的TORO系列铲运机的市场前景。
In those underground mines where high-efficiency, no-pollution and low-cost electric-driven LHDs are used, there is a problem of which an electric-driven LHD have to be transferred by means of a certain method from a site to another, named as 'site-transfer'. The traditional 'site-transfer' method is complex in technology because the power cable is necessary to be laid along transfer ways while special generator set is high in investment and cost. TORO 007 is a diesel-driven LHD with high performance and flexibility itself, and also can be used as a tractor, making the 'site-transfer' very easy. In this paper, the design idea for TORO 007 is introduced, and the technical issues that must be solved when TORO 007 is used as a tractor are presented. At the same time, the outlook for marketing of TORO-series LHDs including TORO 007 is made.
