摘要
社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,给我国社会生活带来了巨大进步,高校学生的思想意识、生活条件、学习方式、择业方向也越来越多样化,面对这此新情况、新趋势,高校政治辅导员工作必须与时俱进,在教育内容、方法、形式、手段等方面积极探索。
With the establisment of socialist market economy, great changes have taken place in people's social life, resulting in a variety of students'ideology,living standard,study methods,choices of their future career. The new trend requires the instructors in colleges and universities to update their ideas in such aspects as instruction content,method,form and means.
