摘要
本文论述了文献实物馆藏和虚拟网络图书馆的各自功能 ,提出既要发展文献实物馆藏的功能 ,又要重视网络化服务的作用 ,主张“一馆两制 ,双效并举”。
In this paper,the author discusses the functions of documentation materials and virtual network library.In addition,the author holds the view that library should not only develop documentation materials,but also pay attention to network service functions.Then the paper carries forward the advocate of 'two systems and two functions in library service'.
