摘要
分析并建立了锅炉多相流动与燃烧模型。利用该模型对改造前切圆锅炉水平烟道烟温、烟速偏差进行了数值模拟,计算结果和实际运行状况一致,证明了模型的可靠性。数值研究表明:上二次风反切和小切圆可以有效减小水平烟道烟温烟速偏差;综合比较,上二次风反切是更为可行的改造方案。
The text has Analyzed and set up the multiphase flow and combustion model on boiler. Utilizing the model, numerical simulation was doan on the imbalance of velocity and temperature of flue gas in tangentially boiler before transforming. The result of calculation and practical operation conditions are unanimous. It has proved the dependability of the model. Numerical study indicates that the reverse swirl of up-secondary air and small tangential circle can reduce the imbalance of flue gas effectively. Compared synthetically, the reverse swirl of up-secondary air cuts to be for feasible scheme of transforming. Figs 9 and refs 7.
