摘要
研究了通过测量阀前管道外壁面温度,应用传热原理来估算阀门泄漏的方法。通过现场试验验证,具有较好的准确度。检查计算了壁温测量误差和环境风速对泄漏量计算的影响,结果表明:对准确度影响较小。进行环境风速测量有利于阀门泄漏量的精确计算。
By heat transfer theory, a method to calculate the inner-leakages of valves was introduced based on the measured surface temperatures of pipes. Field-test results showed that the calculated leakages were consistent with the reality. Furthermore, the influences of temperature measurement error and ambient air speed were also considered in the calculation.Figs 4 and refs 3.
