摘要
通过对飞机使用情况的统计分析 ,在“用中值寿命 (损伤 )代表起落编制飞机载荷谱方法”的基础上 ,提出用代表中值损伤的飞机实用“飞行大纲”来编排各代表起落的编谱方法。按这种方法编出的载荷谱 。
It is prerequisite to develop a spectrum representing the average usage of an aircraft fleet in fatigue life determination process, however, a statistic analysis of aircraft usage in service has been made here which shows that the spectrum developed by a common method can not reach this request. One method of developing F by F spectrum for aircraft has now been well accepted and used in fatigue life determination practice for several types of aircraft. The spectrum developed by this method consist of various flight missions which each of those missoins is chosen from real recorded flight lading data with median damage. Based on this method, a modification is presented here, which various flight missions are arranged according to a specific training program with median damage instead of the training program specified for polit which used in all other spectrum developing method. Moreover, a way of calculating fatigue damage by using Load Factor parameters is suggested for selecting flight mission and training program which having medium damage. It can be proven that the spectrum developed by this modified method can be more close to the average usage for aircraft fleet.
