摘要
快速原型的精度是制造业普遍关注的问题,本文分析了快速原型技术所产生误差的原因及分类,根据快速成型的工艺过程分析了前处理、成型加工,后处理等工序中误差产生的原因,提出了一些减少误差、提高精度的方法。
The accuracy of rapid prototyping has occupied the attention of manufacturing industry .This article analyses the reason and kind of the error in RP prototyping. According to the technological process of RP prototyping ,the author has an analysis of error in the following processes : pretreatment, shape-working and after-treatment, and proposes some approaches of decreasing the error and in creasing accuracy.
