摘要
本文研究了肌苷发酵的同时采用离子交换分离发酵产物,并与流加补料结合起来的耦合发酵方法。结果表明,和间歇发酵比较,耦合发酵产苷率提高了78.68%,平均产苷速率提高了65.24%,基质得率提高了56.45%。
The factors influencing the inosine fermentation coupled with ion exchange separation in a continuous cyclic system was investigated. The experimental results showed that the higher inosine production as compared with conventional batch fermentation process was obtained, the inosine conversion was increased by 56.45% and the concentration was increased from 7.88g/1 to 14.08 g/1.,
