摘要
本文在搅拌萃取塔中,对气-液-液三相体系的流体力学进行了研究,讨论了气速与液速对分散相滞液率和气含率的影响,提出了分散相滞液率和表观液速、表观气速及气含率间的关系式。在给定的实验条件下,得到了气含率的关联式。根据实验确定的临界转速,将塔的操作区分为区域Ⅰ和区域Ⅱ,从而为工程放大设计提供理论依据。
In this paper the flow behaviour of gas-liquid-liquid three phases in a stirred extraction column was investigated. The effects of observed gas velocity, observed liquid velocity and the rate of agitation on dispersed phase hold-up and gas hold-up were discussed. The relationship formula was proposed. In the given experimental condition, the correlation formula of gas hold-up was obtained. According to the critical rate of the agitation,the operating regions of the stirred extraction column were divided into Region Ⅰ and Region Ⅱ.
