摘要
采用溶剂提取法从番茄中提取番茄红素,研究在不同的提取温度、时间、料液比等因素影响下的提取效果.实验结果表明:提取温度45℃,提取时间3~4h,料液比1∶5为最佳的工艺条件,为进一步开发这种功能性天然色素奠定了基础.
Lycopene was extracted from tomato by extraction with organic solvents. We primarily studied the influence of different temperature, time, the ratio of tomato to liquid on extraction process. The experiment results showed that optimum process is the ratio of tomato to liquid on 1∶5, the temperature at 45 ℃, the time for 3~4 h, which is helpful to further develop of this kind of functional natural pigment.=
