摘要
为了完整地表达航空产品研制的过程和时间、人员、费用等一系列伴随信息,提出一种IDEF3与甘特网络图相结合的产品研制进度计划方法。基于IDEF3过程建模方法,介绍了以过程为线索的过程流图,实现了研制过程和管理信息的描述,用于过程分析和过程优化,并以此为基础,提出对时间参数进行直观表述的甘特网络图方法,详细阐述了该方法的特点。最后以某型机翼的进度计划编制为实例进行了说明。
The development of aviation product often involves many people, complex technologies and long developing period. Therefore, it is difficult for IDEF3 or Gantt Chart to fully represent the accompanying information such as time, manpower and cost. To solve this problem, a development progress plan method combining IDEF3 and Gantt Chart was proposed. Based on IDEF3, the process-centered process-flow diagram was introduced,which described the development progress and management information used for process analysis and optimization. Then, the Gantt Chart was presented to lay out visually the time parameters, and its characteristics were elaborated. Finally, an example was given to further explain schedule information and management messages.
