影响车用液化石油气(Liquefiedpetroleumgas,简称LPG)推广使用的主要因素之一是气路系统中的堵塞物。对车用液化石油气气路系统中堵塞物的研究结果表明,蒸发器上的残留物主要是酯类、醚类、正构烷烃、单质硫和硫化铜粉末。其中酯类、醚类是相关橡胶材料中的添加剂,显然是烃类长期浸泡腐蚀的结果;正构烷烃是尾气再循环气中的CO和CH通过F T(Fischer Tropsch)反应合成而得;单质硫则来源于LPG中溶解的单质硫。过滤器中的堵塞物是未能通过过滤器的颗粒状硫化铜,与蒸发器中的粉末状硫化铜均来源于LPG中的活性硫对铜制管线的腐蚀。烃类的碳链越长,对橡胶的腐蚀性越强。
The formation of residues in the auto-LPG fuel system is one of the main obstacles in the application of LPG as vehicular fuel. It was testified that most of the residues in LPG evaporators were additives extracted from rubber devices in the evaporator by LPG, normal paraffin or wax which were synthesized by CO and CH through F-T reaction in Wen's tube and air-fuel mixture chamber. Elemental sulfur was accumulated from the trace sulfur dissolved in LPG itself. The powder of copper sulfide was produced through the corrosion of copper by corrosive sulfur in LPG, passing the filter to the evaporator. Black granular substance in the filter was copper sulfide failed to pass the filter. The longer the carbon chain the hydrocarbon has, more servious erosion the rubber is countered in the auto-LPG fuel system.
