摘要
针对旋流配套技术工艺中的重要环节———增压方式 ,进行了不同形式的增压试验 ,利用不同增压泵对水力旋流器分离性能及泵前、后粒径分布测试作了对比与分析。试验表明 ,采用低剪切容积式泵 (如 ,单螺杆泵等 )和大排量、低转速离心泵将减小增压装置对来液的剪切破碎及乳化程度。同时 ,所研制的旋流式和蛇形管式
The different types of pumps were tested because the pumping process was playing an important part in the matching technology program. Comparison tests of hydrocyclonic separation performance while using different types of pumps were carried out. Droplet diameter distribution around the pumps was analyzed. It was shown that the low-cut cavity type pump, e.g., single screw pump, and the low rotate speed centrifugal pump could also diminish the emulsifying effect on droplets. At the same time, we had designed two types of hydrocyclonic and snake coalescer separator whose feasibility was tested and verified by making the comparative test of droplet diameter distribution, with the better coalesced effect obtained.
