摘要
为适应油田后期开发 ,测量小井眼固井质量 ,研制了SZH -70 1四组合下井仪。为提高探测深度 ,仪器采用双晶体发射 ,同时使用高性能晶闸管降低能量消耗 ;伽马、中子高压采用高性能稳压电源 ,使得高压基本不受所使用低压电源温度变化的影响 ;3ft( 1ft =3 0 4.8mm )、5ft信号采用变压器双端输入 ,同时使用基线抑制电路 ,使声波信号减少互相干扰且基线平直 ;所用直流变换器电路具有过压过流保护 ;仪器组合方便、集成度高。文章介绍了仪器的设计思想、工作原理、关键问题及对策和实际应用。
SZH-701 combination logging tool is designed to be seasoned with evaluating cement bond quality of small-bore well in later exploition of oil field.In order to adapt to deeper exploration depth,the tool adopts double crystals to increase transmitting energy and high-powered transistor to decrease wastage. The high voltage of GR and NGR adopts high performance power supply to eliminate the influence of temperature. 3 feet and 5 feet wave signals are inputted to transformers,in addition baseline interfere restrain circuit is used,these helps to decrease mutual interfere of wave signals and obtain flat baseline. Direct circuit transform circuit in the tool is simple and practical,it also provides protection of excessive voltage and current. The tool is designed elaborately and can assemble with other logging tools easily. This paper introduces design method,principle,key problem and application of the tool.
