摘要
以搬迁新校区为机遇,进行实验室体制改革,改变以学院、教研室管理实验室的一、二级管理方式,建立全校集中统一管理的教学实验中心和科技实验中心,实行一级管理,优化资源配置,最大限度实现资源共享。该文对上海中医药大学搬迁浦东张江高科技园区,建立教学实验中心和科技实验中心作了详细阐述。
Shanghai University of T.C.M. took the opportunity of the migration, reformed the system of laboratory management, transferred the previous style of management to new one, established the experiment center for teaching and the experiment center for scientific technology to realize the first level management, optimize the resources distribution and share the resources ultimately. The paper dwelled on the establishment of the two experiments centers.
