摘要
采用正交试验方法优化4Cr13钢渗硼的渗硼剂和工艺参数,获得了良好的效果。优化后渗硼层组织致密,表面稍有疏松,硼化物显微硬度压痕完整,降低了渗层脆性;硼化物层主要由Fe2B、(Fe,Cr)2B相和少量的FeB相组成,过渡区形成Fe3(C,B)、Fe4N相及Cr的碳化物,不存在软带现象,有效地强化了对硼化物层的支撑作用,有利于硼化物层与基体的结合;渗硼样的耐磨性明显高于直接淬火样。
The boronizing medium and optimizing process parameters of 4Cr13 stainless steel were obtained by orthogonal tests. The microstructure of boride case after optimizing is more density and there is a little porosity,hardness indentation in boride case is entire ,so this deceases the brittleness of boride.The phases of surface of boride layer consist mainly of Fe_2B、(Fe,Cr)_2B and a little FeB phases;the phase structures of sub-surface are Fe_3(C,B)、Fe_4N phases,there is not softened zone in transition zone.This is benefit to binding of the layer and matrix. Wear resistance of 4Cr13 steel boronizing test is better than that of hardening test directly.
