母血 羊水中基质金属蛋白酶-9水平与胎膜早破关系的研究 被引量:6

Relationship between MMP-9 levels in maternal plasma and the amnionic fluid and premature rupture of membranes

摘要 目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)水平在胎膜早破孕妇血浆和羊水中的变化及与胎膜早破的关系。方法  2 0 0 1年 2~ 12月采用酶联免疫吸附法对 2 6例胎膜早破孕妇和 2 0例正常妊娠孕妇血浆、羊水中MMP 9水平进行检测。结果 胎膜早破孕妇血浆与羊水中MMP 9水平分别为 4 2 2 2 7ng/L、187 2ng/L ,均明显高于对照组 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 MMP 9与胎膜早破有关 ,当MMP 9高于 35 0 0ng/L时 ,易发生胎膜早破 ,需及时采取预防措施。 Objective To investigate the changes of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) level in the maternal plasma and amnionic fluid of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes(PROM),as well as the relationship with PROM.Methods Between January 2001 and December 2001,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELLSA) was used to detect the level of MMP-9 in plasma and amnionic fluid of 30 pregnant women with PROM and 20 women with normal pregnancies.Results The level of MMP-9 in the plasma and amnionic fluid of women with PROM were 4222.7ng/L and 187.2ng/L respectively,significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01,P<0.01).Conclusion MMP-9 is related to the occurrence of PROM.MMP-9 level above 3500ng/L suggests PROM and preventive measures should be taken.
