摘要 目的:探讨食管鳞癌中p27蛋白的表达及其临床意义?方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测12例正常食管上皮及62例食管鳞癌组织标本中p27的表达水平?结果:①正常食管上皮组织中p27的表达阳性率为100%,食管鳞癌组织中p27的表达阳性率为67.7%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②p27的表达与性别?年龄?肿瘤长径?淋巴结转移?远处转移无相关性(P>0.05),与食管壁浸润程度?pTNM分期及肿瘤分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05);③高表达组患者的术后3年生存率明显高于低表达组,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)?结论:p27表达下调是食管鳞癌癌变过程中的早期事件,其表达率与反映食管癌恶性度的临床病理参数呈负相关关系,p27对预后的评价意义有待进一步研究? Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of p27 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expression of p27 was detected in 12 cases of normal esophageal issues and 62 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by immunohistochemistry. Results: There was a significant difference in the expressing rate of p27 between normal epithelia(100%) and esophageal carcinoma(66.7%). p27 expression was correlated with the invasion depth, pTNM stage, and differentiation degree. The difference of survival was not significant between high and low expression groups. Conclusion: A decrease of p27 expression occurs early in the carcinogenesis of esophageal carcinoma. The expression of p27 is correlated negatively with the clinicopathological parameters reflecting the malignant biological behavior,and may not prove to be a significant prognostic predictor. [
