摘要 接入网已成为通信网进一步发展的瓶颈,光纤宽带接入将成为趋势。光收发一体模块是光纤接入网中不可缺少的核心部件。介绍了光收发模块的结构原理、关键技术、LD/PD组件、光纤耦合及封装工艺等。结合光模块测试系统和方法,给出作者所做课题研制的1.25G光模块测试结果,最后对光收发模块的发展方向进行讨论。 Contrasts to the rapid development of the backbone, the construction speed of access network is fairly slow. Transceiver isn't short of core parts in OAN transmission system. In this paper, transceiver's structure?coupling of LD/PD modules and fiber?packaged processes is introduced.Finally,an experimental plan is lay out.The test on the 1.25G transceiver module is completed. Followed by discussion of its development direction.
