摘要
采用二次合成工艺得到了Pb(Sn1/3Nb2/3)0.03(Zn1/3Nb2/3)0.03(Mn1/3Sb2/3)0.04Zr0.435Ti0.465O3(PSN-PZN-PMS-PZT)五元系压电陶瓷。分析讨论了压电陶瓷的烧结温度与体密度、气孔率、晶粒大小及介电、压电性能的关系。并研究升温速度,保温时间对介电、压电性能的影响。结果表明,升温速度过快时材料致密性下降;烧结温度1 260℃保温3 h,得到一种综合性能优良的压电材料。其主要参数:r为1 390,d33为300 pC/N,kp为55.1%,Qm为1 180,tg为0.30?02。
Quinary system piezoelectric ceramics PSN-PZN-PMS-PZT were prepared by columbite process. The effects of sintering temperature on density, porosity, grain sizes, piezoelectric and dielectric properties of the Pb(Sn1/3Nb2/3)0.03(Zn1/3Nb2/3)0.03 (Mn1/3Sb2/3)0.04Zr0.435Ti0.465O3 piezoelectric ceramics were investigated. The influences of heating rate and soaking time on piezoelectric and dielectric properties were also studied. The results show that densification decreased with heating rate. Measurements on polarized products indicated that material with excellent performance are developed, and the optimized results of r (1 390), tC (310℃), d33 (300 pC/N), kp (55.1%) and Qm (1 180) are obtained at sintering temperatures of 1 260℃ for 3 h.
