摘要
为了使38SiMnVB钢在超高强度下具有较高的塑韧性,研究了其马氏体组织在回火转变过程中的组织结构和力学性能变化,通过研究组织结构和力学性能变化的规律探讨钢的强韧化机制,为制定最佳的弹簧热处理工艺提供依据。研究结果表明,38SiMnVB钢的马氏体回火组织结构变化与回火温度和回火时间有关,对钢的力学性能和断裂机制产生了明显的影响,因此可以通过控制回火温度和回火时间获得高强度、高塑韧性,使钢得到强化与韧化,最终确定了优化后的热处理工艺。
In order to find the way of raising the strength,ductility and toughness of spring steel38SiMnVB,the change of microstructure and mechanical performance in tempering treatment were studied.These will provide the base for making heat treatment .It is indicated that martensite tempering is time process,so that the temperature and time in tempering have obvious effects on the technical performance and fracture mechanism.By controlling tempering,it is possible to obtain the high strength and tenacity at the same time .
