重组人生长激素与肠外营养支持在结直肠癌患者术后的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察重组人生长激素 (rhGH)和肠外营养在结直肠癌患者术后的应用效果。方法  2 0例患者接受肠外营养支持 (PN)和rhGH(实验组 ) ,2 0例患者接受与实验组同样的肠外营养 (对照组 )。结果 治疗前两组病人血蛋白指标 (白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白 )无明显差异 ,治疗后均升高 ,而实验组血蛋白指标的水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,二者差异显著。术后第1 0天实验组疲劳度评分明显低于对照组。结论 结直肠癌患者术后应用rhGH和肠外营养有利促进蛋白质合成和减轻患者的疲劳度。 Objectives To observe the role of recombinant human grouth hormone(rhGH) and parenteral nutrition(PN) support after colorectal carcinoma surgery.Method Twenty cases received parenteral nutrition and rhGH(experiment group).Twenty cases underwent the same parenteral nutrition as experiment group(control group).Result Before treating,there was no significant defference between the two groups in the plasma protein(albumin,preprotein,transferrin).The level of plasma proteins was increased in the two groups,but the change in experiment group was more significant than that in control group( P <0.05).Score of postoperative fatigue(POF) in experiment group on day 10 after operation was lower significantly than that in control group( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Combined treatment using rhGH and PN could obviously promote protein synthesis.And the patients with rhGH after colorectal carcinoma surgery can recover more rapidly from POF.
