摘要
在信息化浪潮的冲击下,公共组织将逐渐趋向扁平化,中间管理层与以前相比有显著减少,但并不会完全消失,中层管理人员数量的变化也是不确定的。面对组织变革,中层管理者必须改变自己的角色定位,转变管理观念,提高自身的能力和素质。
Under the impact of informatization,the public organization will become flatten gradually.Compared with the past,the middle levels will be cut down evidently but will not disappear,and thd change of middle managers is uncertainty.The middle manages must change their management ideas and improve their abilities to cope with the transformation.
