摘要
论述了半固态合金流变行为的研究方法,指出同轴双筒测试方法更加适合于半固态合金。归纳分析认为,半固态合金流变行为的主要特征是:当固相分数一定时,在等温稳态条件下,表观粘度随剪切速率的增大和冷却速率的降低而下降,即呈假塑性特征;而在等温动态流变条件下,其流变行为则属于胀流型。描述其流变行为的流变模型普遍以五元件机械模型形象地表示。
The study methods of semi-solid alloy rheological behavior have been discussed,pointing out that Couette testing method may more cater for semi-solid alloy.It has been generalized that the main characteristics of semi-solid rheological behavior are: at the fixed solid fraction and under the isothermal steady condition, the apparent viscosity decreases with the increase in shear rate and with the decrease in cooling rate, i.e. it exhibits pseudoplastic behavior;while under the isothermal dynamic condition,its rheological behavior is dilatancy.The rheological model describing its rheological behavior can be typically expressed by the five elements mechanical model.
