摘要
介绍了固体Nd∶YAG激光的精密切割技术,采用了脉冲和声光调Q准连续Nd∶YAG两种激光形式进行了一些精密切割的实验,并介绍了一些应用示例。
The technology of laser precise cutting is introduced in the paper.Some precise cutting test with pulse and Q-switched Nd∶YAG laser were made,and some applications are described.
