摘要
通过摩擦磨损试验和扫描电镜分析等手段对Ni P—Nano Al2 O3化学复合镀层的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究 ,分析了Ni P—Nano Al2 O3复合镀层的磨损机理。结果表明 ,在干摩擦条件下 ,Ni P—Nano Al2 O3复合镀层中的Nano Al2 O3微粒能够有效地降低摩擦副之间的犁沟效应和粘着效应 。
The friction and wear performances of Ni-P-Nano-Al_2O_3 electroless composite plating were studied by means of friction and wear test and SEM.The wear mechanism of Ni-P-Nano-Al_2O_3 electroless composite plating layer was also analyzed.The results showed that plow and adhesive effect between friction pairs under the dry friction condition could be reduced by nano-Al_2O_3 particles in Ni-P-Nano-Al_2O_3 electroless composite plating layer,which increased the wear resistance of composite plating layer.
