摘要
研究了以植物乳杆菌(L.plantarumH5.1)、嗜热乳链球菌和双歧杆菌为益生菌。从工业化生产角度出发,优化培养基配方和高密度培殖技术,并复配益生元;应用乳化缩聚法制备微囊技术和肠溶性胶囊包装,延长了合生素产品中益生菌保藏时间,解决了经胃溶进入肠道益生菌存活率低的问题,起到肠靶向性作用,同时节约了生产成本。
This paper studies the micro-ecological preparation which uses L.plantarum and L.Lactis and B.Bifidum as pro-biotic bacteria in order to improve the medium formula and high cell density breeding technology, in the view of industrial production. The microecological preparation is also added pro-biotics and packed with microcapsule technology of emulsify condensation polymerization and enteric-resolved capsule which prolong the conservative time, resolving the problem of the survival rate of probiotoc bacteria which enters the bowel after resolved in stomach, as a result, it plays an act as enteric targeting. Meanwhile, it saves the costs of the product.
