摘要
介绍了一种基于CCD圆柱体压力非接触测量系统的工作原理及总体构成,给出线阵CCD驱动电路的设计,并对测量误差进行了详细分析。实验结果表明该系统提供了一种传感器完全不受力、稳定可靠、适应各种测量环境、准确度高、结构简单、携带式的各种圆柱体构件非接触力测量。
The working principal and the structure of a non-contact pressure measuring system based on CCD cylinder are introduced in this paper. The linear matrix driving circuit design of CCD is proposed, and detailed analysis for measured error is also given. Experimental results show non-contact pressure measuring system based on various CCD cylinders can be achieved with high accuracy and reliability. What is more, this simple, portable and sensor pressure-free measuring system can be applied to all kinds of environments.
