摘要
研究在惰性气体保护下用高能研磨法制备超细鳞片状锌粉过程 ,考查原料、表面活性剂和研磨工艺对产品性能的影响。控制转速和气氛 ,用高能球磨法可制备出较好的超细鳞片状锌粉 ,最佳的原料粒径为 7 0~ 15 0 μm ,复合表面活性剂对片状化有较大的促进作用 ,2 5℃左右 ,研磨 3 0min径厚比较好。
The preparing technology of ultrafine flake zinc powders is investigated by use of the high energy ball milling under the protection of inert gas, and the effects of the starting powders, surfactant and milling technology on properties of the product are researched. The ultrafine flake zinc powder can be obtained by high energy milling process through the control of mill rotating speed and atmosphere. The optimal starting particle size is 7.0~15.0μm. The compound surfactant is effective for flaking. The ideal parameters of milling are about 25℃ for temperature and 30min for retention time.
