摘要
为探讨滋补肝肾、通络解毒法治疗帕金森病的临床疗效 ,30例患者用滋补肝肾、通络解毒中药复方治疗 3个月 ,比较治疗前后的改良的Webster评分和改良的Hoehn Yahr分级等指标。结果 :显效率为 6 6 7% ,有效率为 73 33% ,无效率为 2 0 % ;治疗后改良的Webster评分和Hoehn Yahr分级均有明显好转。提示滋补肝肾、通络解毒法治疗帕金森病有一定疗效。
To observe the clinical effects of liver-kidney nourishing, collateral-unblocking and toxin-relieving method in treating Parkinson's disease, 30 cases were treated by this method for 3 months. The modified Webster score and Hoehn-Yahr grading were compared before and after treatment. Results: The marked effective rate was 6.67%, effective rate 73.33%, failure rate 20%; the modified Webster score and Hoehn-Yahr grading were obviously improved. It is indicated that this method has positive effects on Parkinson's disease.
