摘要
本文对管缝式锚杆进行了受力分析,并介绍了现场试验研究结果。首先,分析了锚杆安装后的受力情况:1.锚杆的弹性抗力;2.锚杆的纵向拉应力;3.锚杆托盘的承托力。并推导出理论初锚固力的计算公式。其次,分析了锚杆受力的变化情况:1.地压引起的附加弹性抗力;2.锚杆承受的横向力;3.蠕变与弹性损失。文中介绍了现场锚固力测试与摩擦试验的结果。并将理论初锚固力计算值、初锚固力实测值和其他理论公式计算值作了比较。最后作了经济对比。
The paper makes an analysis of the stresses on split-set roof bolt, and gives results of in-situ tests.First of all, stress conditions after installation of bolts are analyzed. They are:1. Elastic resistance of the bolts;2. Longitudinal tensile stress of the bolts;3. Support force of the anchor plate.A formula for calculating the theoretical initial anchorage is derived.The following cases of stress condition variation are then analyzed:1. Additional elastic resistance caused by ground pressure;2. Lateral force loaded on the bolt;3. Creep and elastic losses.The results of field tests of anchorage and frictional force are given. Values of initial anchorage, theoretically calculated and actually measures, are compared with those calculated with other theoretical formulae. And finally, a comparison is made on economics.
