摘要
以对氨基苯磺酸钠、苯酚和甲醛为基料,经缩合、重排反应合成具有分支和支链较多、疏水基分子链较短、极性较强等结构特点的氨基磺酸盐。通过复配和优化工艺参数,制备了氨基磺酸系高性能减水剂。其减水率高(大于30%),保坍性能好(2h坍落度基本无损失),环保性能优良(释放氨的量仅为0.06%)。详细讨论了合成工艺参数对产品分子结构及分散性能的影响。
Sulfamate that has structure char acteristics of many branches and fork chains,short hydrophobic group molecular chain and strong polar is synthesized via condensation and rearrangement reacti ons taking sodium sulfanilate,phenol,rmaldehyde as basic materials.High perfo rmance water-reducer of amino-sulfonic acid series has been prepared through built and optimizing technological parameters.It has high water reducing rate (over30%),high ability of controlling slump loss(basically no slump los s for2hours)and high environmental performance(ammonia releasing0.06%) .Influence of synthesis technologic parameters on molecular structure and dispe rsion of product has also been discussed in detail.
