摘要
介绍了在知识管理理论的指导下,一套针对实验室的知识管理的具体方法。按照知识收集、共享、应用和创新的逻辑框架。首先分析了实验室自身知识管理的特点,然后由此特点,结合理论,制定了实验室的知识管理方法。
This paper is to illustrate a set of concrete knowledge management methods. After analyzing the traits of laboratory and the theory of KM, we have designed a set of concrete KM methods of laboratory, which are in accordance with the framework-knowledge gathering, knowledge sharing, knowledge applying and knowledge innovating.
