摘要 目的 探讨我院 2 0 0 1年 8月至 2 0 0 2年 3月显著增多的耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌之间的同源性。方法 用脉冲场凝胶电泳对 7株耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌进行分型 ,明确其是否为同一菌株的克隆。结果  7株不动杆菌分为 :A型 2株 ,A1型 2株 ,A2 型 1株。A1型与A2 型之间的相似系数达 94 .6 % ,它们与A型的相似系数达 84 .9% ,其余两株各有独特的PFGE分型。结论 其中 5株耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌有高度同源性 ,第 Objective To investigate the homogeneity of the unusually ever-increasing carbapenm-resistant(CR)Acinetobacer baumannii isolates selected from August 2001 to March 2002 in ShenZhen people's hospital. Methods The pulse-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) was used to type 7 CR Acinetobacter isolates gathered in our hospital,determing whether they derived from the same clone. Results 7 isolates was identified to these PFGE types :2 for type A,2 for type A 1,1 for type A 2.The similarity coeffient between A 1 and A 2 was 94.6%, 84.9% between A 1(A 2)and A. The other two isolates showed distinct PFGE types. Conclusions The five CR Acinetobacter baumannii isolates were closely related. The finding highly suggests that V isolate is the source of the nosocomial infection.
