摘要
在回采工作面煤流运输的分析基础上,本文将多工作面汇流形成的有向树运输系统进行带源简化,抽象为针对一个工作面的单枝树系统。根据系统中运输机的能力、铺设长度、煤流量等特征,给出一台运输机运行可靠性的计算方法。针对单枝树系统多个运输环节串联的特点,文中运用可靠性理论,给出了二台及多台运输机串联,运输机—缓冲煤仓—运输机串联诸环节的可靠性计算公式。最后,建立了分析整个回采工作面煤流运输系统可靠性的SAMP算法。应用实例表明,SAMP算法可用于矿井各类回采工作面煤流运输系统的可靠性分析。
Based on analysis of coal flow transport system in coal face, the paper simplified with source a directional tree transport system which connects many coal faces. It was abstracted as a single branch tree system which connects one coal face. A method is given in the paper for calculating the operational reliability of one conveyor based on the capacity, length of conveyor, and quantity of coal.Taking into consideration of the characteristics of a single branch tree system where many transportation links are connected in series, the paper puts forward a formula for computing the reliability of all the links in the chain of converyors (two or more conveyors were connected in series, conveyor-surge bunker-conveyor). Finally, SAMP algorithm was established for analyzing the reliabilty of the entire coal flow transport system in the coal face.The results of examples of application showed that SAMP method can be universally applied to analysis of reliability of all types of face coal flow transport system in coal mines.
